Ted Muftic is a seasoned finance executive and operationally focused professional with a 35-year track record and an extensive background in investment banking, including leadership roles with Salomon Brothers, ING Barings and Credit Suisse.  He also has deep strategic and operating expertise in early-stage and small-cap companies in the industries on which we focus.  

Ted has advised on or led the execution of finance, accounting, tax, M&A, legal, administrative and IR functions of our clients  through rapidly changing business and economic cycles.  He is an active investor and has been on the board of several companies, including public ones.  He was also a CFO of a public company listed on nasdaq.

Ted has extensive experience leading strategic and capital raising transactions – he has advised on or completed as principal over $40 billion in M&A and Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs, equity and equity-linked securities, investment grade and high yield bonds, private equity, mezzanine, and bank borrowings.

Ted is a graduate of Harvard Business School (1992) and he graduated with an AB, cum laude, from Stanford University (1987).
